This service is available to anyone aged 18 and above residing within our fibre coverage locations. Foreigners and Permanent Residents are required to place a RM500 deposit upon registration.

You will be required to settle any outstanding bills with U Mobile or other networks before you are eligible to subscribe for this service

2. Walk-in to your nearest U Mobile Service Centre

The usual: NRIC for Malaysian citizens and permanent residents, and Passport for foreigners.

You will get to select your preferred dates upon registration, and our representatives will contact you with confirmation after setting the appointment with our installers within 5 business days.
