Will both my caller and I be charged for using and accepting Video Calls?

Charges are only applied to the calling party. There are no charges liable to the receiving party except in International Roaming scenario.

Can I still make a Video Call if I am out of U 3G coverage areas?

Video Call must be made or received within U Mobile 3G coverage area. No videocall can be made or received if customers were not in 3G coverage.

Will U notify me if my Video Call has not been accepted or declined?

You will hear a busy tone and the phone line will be cut off once the recipient rejects the video call.
