The campaign is open to all U Mobile Prepaid subscribers who successfully subscribed for CreditSOS service during campaign period.

This CreditSOS Raya Campaign will start from 19th April 2021 to 30th May 2021 (42 days).

You have to successfully subscribe for CreditSOS service by:

1. sending SOS2/SOS3/SOS5 to 28120 OR
2. by dialling *118*3*8*1# OR
3. via Automated Subscription.

Winners will receive a SMS notification message once the RM5 Free Credit has been credited into their prepaid account on the following dates:

• 29th April 2021
• 6th May 2021
• 13th May 2021
• 20th May 2021
• 27th May 2021
• 3rd June 2021

The RM5 Free Credit will be forfeited if subscriber prepaid account hit the criteria below:

1. has turn into passive status; or
2. has switch to U Mobile Postpaid plan; or
3. has port out from U Mobile network or
4. has been terminated

The validity of the RM5 Free Credit is eight (5) days . Winner can check its balance by dialling *118*6*3*4#.

The RM5 Free Credit cannot be used to pay for CreditSOS Credit outstanding amount, the CreditSOS credit outstanding amount has to be paid via normal top up.
