GILER FLASH DEAL 10.10 CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is exclusively for selected active Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers only and have received notification through SMS / MyUMobile app from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.

This campaign will commence from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on 10 October 2021.

To participate in this Campaign, you must receive notification through SMS from the short code 28139 or MyUMobile app about the campaign. You must login to MyUMobile app and grab the voucher under the Rewards tab on 10 October 2021, 12:00 pm onwards.

The redemption of the vouchers is based on “first-come, first-served or while stocks last” basis.

Each unique NRIC will be eligible to redeem only one (1) appliance/watch voucher during the Campaign Period.

Upon successful verification, U Mobile may notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward. The reward will be delivered to the participant’s registered address within 3 weeks from the date of Reward Notification. You must ensure that your Postpaid or Prepaid account is Active when you opt-in. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.

Appliance/Watch Voucher:

Once you have successfully grabbed the voucher at MyUMobile app > Rewards tab, another voucher will be sent to your My Vouchers tab for you to perform a secured e-verification on U Mobile’s designated Campaign portal at https://www.umrewardsverification.com (“Campaign Portal”). Participants are required to key in their mobile number and the last 4-digits of their NRIC and answer one question posed in the Campaign Portal.

U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify and select the next eligible participant to receive the complimentary appliance/watch if the participant is unable to perform the secured e-verification during the stipulated time stated in the vouchers. No delivery will be made to the participants who are unable to perform the secured e-verification. The delivery will be processed after U Mobile receiving the participant’s registered address within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of notification from U Mobile.

You must ensure that your Postpaid or Prepaid account is Active when the voucher is saved to your account and at the point of delivery or redemption of the appliance/watch. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.

No, this offer is exclusively dedicated to selected active Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers based on their loyalty journey with U Mobile. As such, the offer is not transferable.
