Unlimited Mobile Internet is a prepaid subscription service for internet on your mobile phones. This mobile internet plan comes with free airtime and SMS (UMI 38 only). The subscription is available in UMI 20, UMI 30, UMI 38 and UMI 50. All UMI plans are valid for 30 days. Your USIM must remain active in order to enjoy this bundle.

Subscription begins on your service activation date and will be renewed automatically at the end of 30 days (subject to minimum balance in your prepaid account to renew your UMI plan).

Yes. You will receive SMS notifications 2 days and 1 day before your auto-renewal is due, and another SMS when your subscription is renewed.

Yes. You will receive an SMS notification on your subscription status.

You can start to use these services upon receiving a confirmation SMS activating these services.

The subscription fails to automatically renew in the event of insufficient balance or account being in passive period. The system will only attempt to renew the subscription again on the following day.
