It is currently only available for Unlimited HERO P139 customers and is FREE for 24 months upon rate plan activation.

Roam-Onz Global is a data roaming service which does not include international Voice and SMS.

The roaming data quota is available exclusively for the Principal line only and is not shareable with Member lines.

You may check via MyUMobile app or by dialing *118*6*1*1# from your phone. There will be SMS notifications when the quota usage reaches 80% and 100%.

It will automatically trigger the subscription of U Data Roam daily pass. It is a chargeable service at RM10 (Roam-Onz countries) or RM36 (U Data Roam countries) per day per country.

Please turn OFF “Data Roaming” in your Device Settings.

There is no need to unsubscribe from U Data Roam. Just turn OFF “Data Roaming” in the phone Settings before expiry of the daily pass. Please refer https://www.u.com.my/tnc/150 for exact expiry time.

The unsubscribe function via self-serve channel is not available during the P139 Roam-Onz Global Promotion. Please call 1318 to unsubscribe from the service.
