This service is available to U Mobile Prepaid customers only. Active Prepaid U Mobile customers are eligible to make a credit transfer using this CreditShare service. Active and passive (non-active) prepaid customers are eligible to receive credit.

Yes, you will be charged a RM0.50 service fee each time you make a credit transfer and a RM0.20 service fee when you receive credit via this service.

Yes, you need to have minimum of RM1 credit balance after transferring credit and having the service fee deducted.

You can transfer/request the following:

1. RM1 with 1 day validity
2. RM3 with 3 days validity
3. RM5 with 5 days validity
4. RM10 with 7 days validity

The minimum transfer is RM1 and the maximum transfer is RM10.

You can transfer up to RM100 each month.

You may transfer credit up to 10 times per day.

You can make a credit transfer or request via the following methods:

1. UMB (dial *118*3*7#)
2. SMS
3. MyUMobile App
4. Self Care

No, but you can do so via UMB, MyUMobile App and Self Care.

CreditShare balance can be used to make local/ IDD calls, SMS and data plan subscriptions. However you will be charged if you use SMS to subscribe to CreditShare service while roaming. You will not be able to subscribe to U Data Roam if you have insufficient credit in your Main Credit Balance as U Data Roam charges can only be deducted from the Main Credit Balance.
