The CreditSOS Merdeka Campaign is open to all U Mobile Prepaid subscribers who successfully subscribed for CreditSOS service during campaign period.

This CreditSOS Merdeka Campaign will start from 26th July 2021 to 12th September 2021 (49 days).

You have to successfully subscribe for CreditSOS service by:
I. sending SOS1/SOS2/SOS3/SOS5/SOS10 to 28120 OR
II. by dialling *118*3*8*1# OR
III. via Automated Subscription.
You are required to perform at least 1 CreditSOS transactions successfully throughout campaign period to stand a chance to win Free Credit worth RM5.

Up to 85 daily winners to be selected daily and will be compounded on bi-weekly basis. The winners will receive a notification SMS once the RM5 FREE credit has been credited into their prepaid account by following dates:
- 12th August 2021
- 26th August 2021
- 9th September 2021
- 16th September 2021

A total of 85 winners will be selected daily based on every 100th successful CreditSOS transaction starting from 100th transaction of the day, to win the reward (For example: 100th, 200th, 300th and so forth). Each winner will be entitled to receive RM5 free credit.

The RM5 Free Credit will be forfeited if subscriber prepaid account hit the criteria below:
i. has turn into passive status; or
ii. has switch to U Mobile Postpaid plan; or
iii. has port out from U Mobile network or
iv. has been terminated

The validity of the RM5 Free Credit is eight (5) days. Winner can check the balance by dialling *118*6*3*4#.

The RM5 Free Credit cannot be used to pay for CreditSOS Credit outstanding amount, the CreditSOS credit outstanding amount has to be paid via normal top up.
