Win Giler Prizes is a contest organized by U Mobile Sdn Bhd for new Postpaid & Prepaid subscribers to sign up and/or switch to U Mobile online via the contest page at https://www.u.com.my/wingilerprizes.

The contest is open to all new U Mobile users who signed up and/or switched to U Mobile online via the contest page at https://www.u.com.my/wingilerprizes and subscribe to a selected Giler Unlimited postpaid or prepaid plan.

The contest will commence at 10:00 a.m on 27 October 2021 and will end at 11:59 p.m on 31 January 2022.

You are eligible to participate in the contest when you sign up and/or switch to U Mobile via the contest page at https://www.u.com.my/wingilerprizes. Steps as per below:

i. New Postpaid sign up:
● Step 1: Go to the contest page and click “SUBSCRIBE HERE” under the postpaid tab.
● Step 2: Select GX50 and click “Buy Now”.
● Step 3: Click on “Check Out” to proceed for sign up process.
● Step 4: Once you have received the U Mobile SIM Card, download MyUMobile App from App Store/Google Playstore/Huawei Store to manage your U Mobile account.

ii. New Prepaid sign up:
● Step 1: Go to the contest page and click “SIGN UP HERE” under the prepaid tab.
● Step 2: Select “View all plans” > Search for Unlimited FUNZ Prepaid Plan and click “Buy Now”.
● Step 3: Select the Top Up if you would like to add on, click on “Check Out” to proceed for sign up process.
● Step 4: Once you have received the U Mobile Unlimited Funz Prepaid Starter Pack, download MyUMobile App from App Store/Google Play Store/Huawei Store and subscribe to a Giler Unlimited Prepaid plan, such as GX12/GX30/GX38.

iii. Switch to postpaid U Mobile:
● Step 1: Go to the contest page and select “SWITCH TO U” under the postpaid tab.
● Step 2: Select “Switch to U Mobile Postpaid” > “Switch Online”, fill up the information and select “GX50” > “Next” to confirm your shipping address.
● Step 3: A blank SIM will be delivered to you. You will receive an email within 24 hours upon receiving your NEW SIM card.
● Step 4: Follow the steps in the email to activate your SIM card.
● Step 5: Wait for an SMS from your current telco provider and reply “Y” or “YES” to confirm your switch.
● Step 6: You will receive an SMS from U Mobile to notify that you have successfully switched over to U Mobile.
● Step 7: Download MyUMobile App from App Store/Google Playstore/Huawei Store to manage your U Mobile account.

iv. Switch to prepaid U Mobile:
● Step 1: Purchase and activate a new Unlimited FUNZ Prepaid Starter Pack at any U Mobile store.
● Step 2: Go to the contest page and select “SWITCH TO U” under the prepaid tab.
● Step 3: Fill up the information and click “Confirm Switch”.
● Step 4: Wait for an SMS from your current telco provider, you will need to reply “Y” or “YES” to confirm your switch.
● Step 5: You will receive an SMS from U Mobile to notify that you have successfully switched over to U Mobile.
● Step 6: Download MyUMobile App from App Store/Google Playstore/Huawei Store and subscribe to a Giler Unlimited Prepaid plan, such as GX12/GX30/GX38.

There are a total of 120 prizes to be given to 120 winners throughout the contest period.

* Note:
• If there are any duplications of the selection numbers, U Mobile will shortlist participants based on the earliest transaction time.
• U Mobile will contact shortlisted participants via phone to answer ONE (1) answer correctly within a specified period in order to win the prizes. If the question is not answered correctly after 3 attempts OR the shortlisted participant failed to answer the question within the specified period OR the participant is unable to provide all details as required OR U Mobile is unable to contact the shortlisted participant after 3 attempts, the participant will be disqualified and the next shortlisted participant in sequence will be contacted.
• Each winner can only win ONE (1) time throughout the contest period.

• Only Postpaid GX50 is eligible for this contest for new Postpaid sign up and/or switch to U Mobile online via the contest page at https://www.u.com.my/wingilerprizes.
• Only Prepaid GX12, GX30 and GX38 are eligible for this contest for new Prepaid sign up and/or switch to U Mobile online via the contest page at https://www.u.com.my/wingilerprizes.

Yes, you can. For Postpaid, ONE (1) NRIC can sign up and/or switch to U Mobile to a maximum of 7 Postpaid SIM cards. For Prepaid, ONE (1) NRIC can sign up and/or switch to U Mobile to a maximum of 5 Prepaid SIM cards.
However, you can only win ONE (1) time throughout the contest period based on the selection method.
