The campaign period will be from 18th August 2021 until 17th September 2021 (31 days).

All new or existing U Mobile Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers, excluding Corporate account, U Mobile’s employees, agencies, vendors and their immediate family members, are eligible to participate in this campaign.

Postpaid - Upgrade to GX68 & Above

You must upgrade to any of Postpaid GX68, P79, P99 or P139 plans (as stated in the Notification) during the Campaign Period.

Prepaid - Upgrade to Postpaid GX68 & Above

You must upgrade your Prepaid Plan to any of Postpaid GX68, P79, P99 or P139 plans (as stated in the Notification) during the Campaign Period.

The shortlisted participant for Philips 43” LED TV will be contacted within 7 days and will be required to answer 3 questions posed by U Mobile in order to win the prizes. If any of the questions are not answered correctly after 3 attempts, or if U Mobile is unable to contact the shortlisted participant after 3 voice call attempts, the shortlisted participant will be disqualified and the next shortlisted participant will be contacted.

The Lazada e-vouchers will be sent within 14 days to the eligible winners via MyUMobile app along with an SMS notification to notify the winners regarding the Lazada voucher.

U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the prize via phone call and SMS. U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the prizes. The Philips TV will be delivered to the winners’ registered address within 30 days from the notification date. However, U Mobile reserves the right to extend the delivery schedule.
