Digital Week Campaign

The Digital Week campaign rewards MyUMobile App users 10% bill or credit rebate for selected transactions completed via the App on every 18th to 22nd of the month.

The campaign starts from 00:01am on 18 October 2020 and ends at 11:59 pm on 22 December 2021.

To participate for this campaign, simply perform any of the actions stated below via MyUMobile App on every 18th to 22nd of the month during the campaign period:-

You will get a one-time 10% bill or credit rebate during the campaign period as follow:

Purchase any prepaid or postpaid plans as stated in Question 4 10% rebate of the plan amount paid RM4 for each rebate
Pay bill of minimum RM50 10% rebate of the amount paid RM5 for each rebate

Example 1: Prepaid customer purchased UMI50 via MyUMobile App will be entitled to RM4 of credit rebate (maximum rebate).

Example 2: Postpaid customer purchased Booster via MyUMobile App will be entitled to RM1 of bill rebate.

*Rebate is given on first-come, first-served basis until the total rebate allocated is fully utilised.

Each subscriber by phone number, will get one-time rebate only on every month.

Bill or credit rebate will be credited to the eligible subscribers’ Prepaid or Postpaid account within 14 days after the end of every 22nd of the month. U Mobile will notify eligible subscribers via SMS upon successful crediting the rebate.

Eligible subscriber’s account must be Active during the campaign and at the point of rebate being credited. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.

The credit rebate is valid for a period of 14 days and any unused credit will be forfeited upon expiry.

The bill rebate will be reflected in your next bill statement.
