Hero Plus Plan is a member line that can be tagged to a Principal line. All member lines includes their respective minutes and are able to share principal’s data.

Share 20 member line come with the following benefits:

Shareable data is shared amongst all lines (Principal and Member lines) in one single account (Example: P99 with 30GB data + Share 50 with 3GB data = 33GB shareable data for use by all the lines in the account)

All eligible principal plans’ customers (i.e. Hero Plans, iPlans and Ultimate Device plans).

Three member lines per each principal line.

Share 20- Monthly access fee will be charged in full.

An upfront payment is an advance payment equivalent to the monthly commitment made when you first sign up any Postpaid/Broadband plans. Eg: P99 (RM99), P79 (RM79), P48 (RM48), P38 (RM38), U28 (RM28). This payment will be collected upon signing up for your desired plan, and will be used to off-set your first monthly bill. It is not refundable. An advance access fee will be reflected in your first month’s bill and is refundable upon service termination request. It will be refunded after off-setting your outstanding payments (if any).

All voice and SMS allocation within the rate plan bundle will be prorated based on activation date. However, data allocation will not be prorated. This is not applicable for Share 10 & Share 20.

All calls made within the U Mobile network or to other networks will first utilise the ALL network bundle. Once exhausted, calls within the U Mobile network will utilise the FREE on-net bundle and the calls to other networks will be charged pay-as-you-use rates.
