Yes, you will need to register for the Jaringan PRIHATIN Device Subsidy to generate your Jaringan PRIHATIN Device Subsidy Code. You can then proceed to our Online Store to redeem your device of choice.

Please visit Online Store to view the list of Jaringan PRIHATIN devices. To redeem/purchase your device, you are required to key in your NRIC number and Jaringan PRIHATIN Device Subsidy Code.

You can pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card or via Online Banking (FPX).

Purchases will be delivered within 3 working days to areas in Peninsular Malaysia and will take approximately 5 working days for areas in East Malaysia. This is applicable for all areas excluding COVID-19 Red Zone areas and any other areas with specific access restriction as designated by the Malaysian Government. Please refer to Online Store MCO FAQ for more info.

Please visit a U Mobile Store to claim the Device Subsidy with your existing mobile number. Alternatively, you can get a new Prepaid line for your Jaringan PRIHATIN Device Subsidy from Online Store.

Downgrading is not supported via Online Store. Please visit a U Mobile Store to downgrade your plans.

Your Broadband plan can’t be changed to other rate plans e.g., GX50 or GX68. However, you can sign up for a new plan/SIM to take up the Jaringan PRIHATIN Device Subsidy.
