This is a limited-time offer that allows you to enjoy a free device when you take up/have an existing Postpaid plan and add a line (Giler Unlimited Postpaid GX68). It enables you to own a better range of device, while enjoying 2 Postpaid plans.

Both Postpaid lines will be contracted for 24 months, and you will get a free device or enjoy a subsidised device price (depending on the device you select).

No, you can’t. This promotion is designed for 2 lines to be contracted.

You are welcome to upgrade your plan to a higher rate plan, However, do take note that an Early Termination Penalty will be applicable should you choose to downgrade any one of the 2 lines.

For new customers: If you sign up for a Postpaid Line and add another Giler Unlimited Postpaid GX68 line, you will be contracted for 24 months on both lines. Do take note that a device upfront payment is required for new customers.

Contract freedom means you have the ability to terminate your service at any time. However, if you terminate or downgrade your current plan or change to another rate plan before the expiry of the commitment period, the following will be applicable:

For customers who have paid the Upfront Payment (not entitled to the Upfront Payment waiver), your remaining monthly rebate subsidy will be forfeited.

For customers who are entitled to the Upfront Payment waiver, you will be required to refund the balance of the device subsidy amount (Upfront Payment). The device subsidy balance will be calculated as per the following:

Subsidy amount (Upfront Payment) / Commitment Period x remaining number of months. The remaining number of months will include the month during which you terminated the Service. (Example: If you subscribed to P79 Postpaid plan with any device, and you terminate on the 7th month, you are required to refund RM480 / 24 months x 18 months = RM360).
