  1. Is there any bundle promo offered?

    At launch, we are offering 50% off your Home Fibre Broadband bill from 7 September until further notice.


  2. How does the 50% Off promotion work? Is there any promotion for existing subscribers?

    Subscribe to an eligible postpaid mobile line, and we’ll knock off 50% off from your Home Fibre Broadband bill . Eligible plans for the speed packages are:

    Existing subscribers on eligible postpaid lines are automatically qualified for the respective 50% off promotion.

  3. What if my current postpaid subscription is not within the eligible list of postpaid line?

    If your postpaid mobile line is not an eligible plan for the Home Fibre Broadband promo you’d like to enjoy, simply upgrade to an eligible plan when you are signing up for your Home Fibre Broadband service.


  4. Will I still enjoy 50% off my Home Fibre Broadband promo if I terminate my eligible postpaid mobile line?

    You are required to pay the full rate for your Home Fibre Broadband the same month your eligible postpaid mobile line is terminated.


  5. What happens if I terminate and then re-subscribe to an eligible postpaid line within my fibre contract period? Can I still get the 50% promo for my Home Fibre Broadband service?

    You will not resume the 50% promo if you re-subscribe after terminating from an eligible postpaid mobile line.


  6. What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my eligible postpaid line?

    Upgrading or downgrading within eligible postpaid mobile plans will still give you 50% off your Home Fibre Broadband bill. If you are no longer within the eligible postpaid mobile plans, you are required to pay the months’ full fibre bill.


  7. How long is the duration of 50% off Fiber bill promo?

    Promo is available for subscription from September 2021 until further notice, and will give you 50% discount for 24 months.


  8. Am I eligible for this 50% off Fibre bill promo if I’m already enjoying 50% off Wireless Broadband bill promo?

    No, you cannot enjoy both promotions using the same eligible postpaid line. You’ll be able to enjoy 50% off your Fibre bill if you sign up another eligible postpaid line to pair with this promo.


There is an Upfront Payment for all new customers, and a Foreigner Deposit for foreigners and permanent residents signing up. These are both payable upon registration.

An Upfront Payment is an advance payment equivalent to the full monthly fee, and is made at the point of registration. It will then be deducted from your first month’s bill statement and you will only be required to pay any balance due.

The Advanced Access Fee is equivalent to the full monthly fee, and is charged in advance to your account and will be shown in your first month’s bill. If you do not pay any of your bills by the due date, this Advance Access Fee may be used to set off any outstanding charges. Upon such set off, you are required to pay an additional amount to make up any shortfall in the Advance Access Fee so that the full amount of the Advance Access Fee is maintained at all times. Any remaining balance of the Advance Access Fee will be refunded to you the service is terminated after all outstanding charges have been settled.

If you are a foreigner or permanent resident, there is a refundable deposit of RM500 required upon registration.

We provide a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects for the routers, and lifetime warranty for the ONU as long as you are actively subscribing to the service and with bill payments up to date. If you are facing equipment problems, call us at 018 388 1318 to schedule for technical support.
