Combo Indonesia

The subscription fails to renew automatically in the event of insufficient balance. The system will only attempt to renew the subscription again on the following day.

Data will be charged at Pay-As-You-Use rate while local voice will still be deducted from Combo Indonesia plan if the auto renewal fails. The unused local voice balance will roll-over to the new plan if the system manages to renew your subscription at its second attempt. The maximum capping on allowable balance will still apply. Please do note that rollover of data/ internet is not possible as it is unlimited in its terms.

Your subscription service will be automatically unsubscribed and any unused balance will be forfeited.

Yes. You will receive an SMS notification on your subscription status.

Yes. You will receive SMS notifications 2 days and 1 day before your auto-renewal is due and another SMS when your subscription is renewed.
