The free IDD minutes will be deducted according to the IDD service – 60sec block for Standard IDD and 30sec block for BIDD 1310 service.

The free local voice minutes to all networks that come with the new Combo Indonesia plans will be deducted first, regardless of the network you call.

If you have an active CI plan and call a U Mobile number, charging precedence will be as follows:

1. CI plan
2. Free calls to U Mobile (15 mins/day)
3. 6 sen/30 seconds voice call

2. 6 sen/30 seconds voice call

Your outgoing calls will be charged at 6sen/30sec. Alternatively, you may also renew your Combo Indonesia plan to start enjoying free talk time again.

There will not be any additional charges. Your speed will be throttled upon exceeding your high speed quota.

You can choose to let the plan renew as UMI or MB plans of same value (except CI 15), or to purchase other internet plan or terminate the plan and choose to pay as per usage.

You will not be able to use voice when your prepaid account is in passive status. However you may use data from the Combo Indonesia plan. Just make a top up and you can continue to enjoy local voice and free IDD minutes from Combo Indonesia plan.

You can dial *118*3*9*3# to check balance.

The Combo Indonesia balance of high speed data, local voice, Video-Onz™ and Music-Onz™ will show as UMI or MB plan in MyUMobile app. You have to dial *118*3*9*3# to check free IDD balance as it does not display in the MyUMobile app.

It will not. The Combo Indonesia plan is an automatically renewable subscription. It is renewed according to your plan (subject to a minimum balance of RM9 credit for CI 9, RM15 credit for CI 15, RM20 credit for CI 20, RM30 credit for CI 30, and RM50 credit for CI 50 in your prepaid account).

Your unused local voice balance will be rolled over to your new plan along with a new validity date, however the plan has a maximum cap and any excess of minutes will be forfeited:

• CI 20 = 40 mins
• CI 30 = 60 mins
• CI 50 = 100 mins
