Yes, an Emergency Top Up amount will be credited into your prepaid account automatically whenever your balance reaches RM1.50 and below. However, it is still subject to subscriber’s eligibility at the time and you must not have any outstanding CreditSOS amount.

If you subscribe for the Service via SMS when you are in Malaysia, there is no charge for the SMS. However, any subscription to the Service via SMS while roaming will be charged. The Prepaid account validity period will follow the longest validity period.

For example, if your existing Prepaid account validity period is until 20th March 2020, and you proceed to subscribe for Emergency Top Up of RM5 denomination (with validity period of 5 days) on 18th of March 2020, the new expiry date will be 18th March 2020 + 5 days = 23rd March 2020.

However, if your existing Prepaid account validity period is until 20th March 2020, and you subscribe for an Emergency Top Up of RM5 denomination (with validity of 5 days on 10th March 2020), there will be no changes on the existing Prepaid account validity date.
