The subscription fails to automatically renew in the event of insufficient balance or account being in passive period. The system will only attempt to renew the subscription again on the following day.

You will receive a SMS notification when you have exceeded the allotted quota. There will not be any additional charges. Your speed will be throttled upon exceeding your high speed quota.

Your outgoing calls will be charged based on your current Prepaid rate plan. Alternatively, you may also renew your unlimited mobile internet plan to start enjoying free talk time again.
