Can I use my free calls to call my friends from other local operators?

No. The free calls are meant for usage within the U Mobile network only - from U Mobile number to another U Mobile number.

Is there a limit to the numbers of calls I can make? Any ‘friends and family’ settings required?

No, you can make calls to unlimited U Mobile numbers. All you have to do is to top up with U Mobile. No special settings are required.

How about making calls outside of the U Mobile network?

Standard call rate & SMS rate apply.

Is the free calls promotion applicable to video calls?

No. this promotion is for voice call within the U Mobile network only.

When can I start using my free calls?

You can start using your free call upon receiving "free calls" SMS notification.

The free calls count is reset on a daily basis at 12am.
