Can I rollover any used quota for my Wireless Broadband plans?

All unused quota will be forfeited at the end of your bill cycle and your quotas will be reset for the following bill cycle

Can I use my Wireless Broadband plans for overseas Internet usage?

Your wireless broadband is only for usages in Malaysia only

Does my Wireless Broadband plans comes with any SMS and Calls?

No. Wireless Broadband is purely for Data Usage only. You may also use its data for your tablet

Will there be an Advance Fee collection if I sign up for Wireless Broadband plans?

Yes there will be Advance Fee charged to your 1st bill. You may refer to the table below

How do I check data usage for my Wireless Broadband plans?

You can download MyUMobile App to your phone, log in with your broadband number to monitor your data usage.

Do I need to purchase a device with U Mobile when I sign up for a Wireless Broadband plan?

You can use your own devices to use the Wireless Broadband plan. However, we do offer our own Mifi devices if you would like to purchase from us

Will I be tied to a contract if I purchase a Mifi device from U Mobile?

No. You will not tied down to a contract. The device purchase is an outright purchase

How do I claim warranty for if the Mifi device I purchase from U Mobile is defective?

You may sent your Mifi device to the device manufacturer service center for warranty claims
