We work with several delivery partners for order fulfillment. You will receive your order via a delivery agent appointed by our delivery partner.

Our delivery agent will get in touch with you to confirm your delivery information prior to package delivery. Should you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order, please inform our delivery agent of your new address.

• Our shipping rate is free for purchases exceeding RM30
• Delivery for Klang Valley - within 3 working days & for Non-Klang Valley - Within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you received your order reference number or email notification from U Mobile.
• The delivery time estimate depends on the traffic conditions, dispatching schedule and routing.
• We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia.
• Kindly take note that we do not honour “drop off parcels at guard house/post” or P.O. BOX requests.
• You will need to produce your identification card for recipient verification by the delivery agent. The delivery agent will hand over the packages to you upon verifying recipient details.
