You are required to pay back the balance of the phone’s price (U Mobile Selling Price) and it is calculated as per below: Balance charges = (U Mobile Selling Price –Phone Price during Promotion Period) / Commitment Period x remaining number of months

The remaining number of months will be deemed to include the month during which you terminated the phone package.

Example: If you purchased an Samsung A02 at RM0 under this Promotion and terminate in Month 5, the U Mobile Selling Price is RM399, you are required to pay U Mobile [(RM399 –RM0)/12]*8 = RM266.
