Upon your monthly bill payment date, you will be receiving your cashback into your GoPayz e-Wallet within 2 working days

Within the campaign period, you will receive cashback for the month which you make full bill payment by due date, but cashback for previous month will be forfeited.

Yes you can.

If you upgrade or downgrade to any of the eligible plans, you will get the cashback amount of your new rate plan for the remaining cashback cycle. For example, if you are on GX68 for 6 months, and upgrade to P99 from 7th months onwards, the cashback amount that you will receive will be RM5 for 1st – 6th month and RM20 for 7th – 12th month.

You will stop getting cashback if you:

1. sign up a contract with U Mobile
2. downgrade to a non-eligible plan
