Step 1: Visit the Redemption Site
-Visit the link (https://free.samsungcareplus.com/my )

Step 2: Samsung Account
-Log in to your Samsung Account.
(For customer who does not have a Samsung Account, you may need to sign up as new user prior redemption)

Step 3: Check the personal details
-Once you login with Samsung Account, the details shall be filled in automatically according to your Samsung Account setup.
-Please check the information display in the box and agreed the terms and condition (tick the box).

Step 4: Register your redemption
-Once validated all the information, please click register.
-You may check the Samsung Care+ redemption status at Samsung Member app (“Get Help” tab) after 14days from your redemption date.
-Customer who wish to purchase a 2YR Samsung Care+ plan, is required to drop by nearest Samsung Experience Store prior they redeem the 1-year plan.
