You would only need to register once for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. The registration period for this programme is open from 5 May 2021 to 30 September 2021.

In general, you can use the monthly RM15 subsidy to:
(i) purchase monthly data plan (For prepaid customers), or
(ii) offset the bill payment of your postpaid monthly plan (for postpaid customers).

The subsidy will be reflected on your next bill after you have registered and selected your plan subsidy. Please ensure your plan are within the eligible plans or you may need to change your plan to enjoy the subsidy

You will receive the RM15 subsidy after you have registered and selected your plan subsidy. The RM15 subsidy credit need to be utilized by subscribing to an eligible plan within the same month.

Yes, you may dial *118*6*2*5# or visit U Mobile app. The credit will be displayed under ‘PRIHATIN Credit’.

Yes, you will receive the RM15 subsidy credit. However, please activate your account so that you can utilize the RM15 credit.

Yes, you will receive the RM15 Jaringan Prihatin subsidy on top of your existing rebate.
