Jaringan Prihatin Programme Eligibility

Only one claim is allowed per National Registration Identification Card (“NRIC”) of eligible individuals. If you have two (2) mobile numbers, you may choose only one (1) mobile number that you will claim the subsidy on.

The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients will be paid through approved data plans or device packages of any Service Provider (eg: U Mobile) they have selected.

The exact redemption mechanism, for both prepaid and postpaid, will vary across participating Service Providers. Subsidy recipients should refer to their Service Providers’ websites for more information. (eg: https://www.u.com.my/extras/promotions/jaringan-prihatin/bm)

Yes, an eligible recipients is allowed to claim the Jaringan Prihatin subsidy from up to four (4) different Service Providers over the 12 month programme period. Eligible subscribers can be only registered with one (1) Service Provider at any point in time during this period.
