You can cancel through these following channels:

1. SMS: Type REM (Song Code) and Send to 28383
2. WEB:
   • Go to music.u.com.my
   • Click ‘Manage CR’
   • Login
   • Select RBT to terminate

The system will attempt to renew your tone three times from the date of expiry within three consecutive days, i.e. first attempt will be on the date of expiry, second attempt on the day after the expiry date, and the last attempt two days after the expiry date. Upon failure to renew after the third attempt, this tone will be deleted from your Ringback Tone profiles and My Playlist.

Ringback Tone allow you to replace the standard connecting tone with choice of selected tones, so caller will able to listen to it on the line while waiting for subscriber to pick up the call.
