• The values of Samsung Online store e-voucher and Samsung Care+ vary depending on which device model you purchase.
• If you purchase one(1) Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, you will be able to receive one(1) RM600 e-voucher & Samsung Care+ 1-year plan for your device worth RM699, on first come first served basis.
• If you purchase one(1) Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, you will be able to receive one(1) RM850 e-voucher & Samsung Care+ 1-year plan for your device worth RM799, on first come first served basis.

Your purchased device and U Mobile SIM card together with the rewards will be shipped from 15 September 2021 onwards. However, U Mobile reserves the right to extend the delivery schedule.

Upon receiving your pre-order device, you are required to redeem your Samsung Online store e-voucher between 15 September 2021 to 6 October 2021.

• Step 2:- Fill in the personal and preorder details
  - After login, you will have to complete the redemption process by filling in details below,
  1. Full Name (as per ID)
  2. Email
  3. Model Purchased
  4. IMEI number
  
  - You are required of ensure all information filled correctly.
• Step 3: - Redemption confirmation
  - You can expect to receive your e-voucher code within 14 calendar days via email from Samsung.
• Step 4: - Spending the voucher
  - Spend your e-voucher at Samsung Online Store (http://shop.samsung.com/preorderbenefit )
  - In the Confirmation Page, please enter a valid Samsung Online store e-voucher code in the Promo Code box and select
  - "Confirm". The e-voucher value should be applied before proceeding to make payment on the next step

Step 2: Samsung Account
-Log in to your Samsung Account.
(For customer who does not have a Samsung Account, you may need to sign up as new user prior redemption)

Step 3: Check the personal details
-Once you login with Samsung Account, the details shall be filled in automatically according to your Samsung Account setup.
-Please check the information display in the box and agreed the terms and condition (tick the box).

Step 4: Register your redemption
-Once validated all the information, please click register.
-You may check the Samsung Care+ redemption status at Samsung Member app (“Get Help” tab) after 14days from your redemption date.
-Customer who wish to purchase a 2YR Samsung Care+ plan, is required to drop by nearest Samsung Experience Store prior they redeem the 1-year plan.
