Jaringan Prihatin Programme Termination
You may login to U Mobile Self-Care portal or My U Mobile app to submit the termination request. The request will be processed within 72 hours, and you will receive sms confirmation thereafter.
Yes, Eligible Subscribers will need to terminate service plan with their existing Service Providers before switching to a new Service Provider. Once the Eligible Subscriber terminate with the Service Provider, they will automatically deregistered from the Jaringan Prihatin programme until they re-register with a new Service Provider.
Yes, you may terminate your service with existing Service Provider and switch to a new Service Provider. You will still be able to enjoy the RM15 subsidy if you have not exceeded 12 redemptions over the duration of the programme, which lasts from 3 May 2021 to 30 September 2022.
Yes, Eligible Subscribers are allowed to terminate their prepaid Prihatin plans and re-register to a postpaid plan, and vice versa, so long as the plans are offered under the programme
The Eligible Subscriber will not be able to receive the RM15 subsidy, unless they sign up to another plan, and have not exceeded 12 redemptions over the duration of the programme, which lasts from 5 May 2021 to 30 September 2022.
No, you will not receive RM15 subsidy in your bill after termination of your service
Yes, you may terminate the device bundle. However, you will not be receiving the rebate of device upfront payment for the remaining months. Example of scenario, You terminate the Jaringan Prihatin device package in month-2, you will not get monthly rebate of RM5, RM6 or RM10 (depends on the plan selected) for the remaining months.
