Yes, you may cancel your insurance plan within 15 days from the delivery date of the first e-certificate. The RM50 Perlindungan Tenang voucher will be reinstated within 3 working days if you cancel the insurance plan during the free look period.

The claim form can be downloaded from SLMA’s Website. The completed claim form together with the required documents can be submitted manually to SLMA’s head office or online via SLMA’s Website.
