To change your credit card number, please log on to Self Care on www.u.com.my and click on Auto Debit on the menu. You will be directed to the “View Auto Debit Subscription” page. Click on Update Card at the bottom of your page to update your credit card information.

To unsubscribe from Auto Debit service, please log on to Self Care on www.u.com.my and click on Auto Debit on the menu. You will be directed to the “View Auto Debit Subscription” page. Please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.
