Existing U Mobile customers can visit selected U Mobile stores to sign up for any Postpaid plan from the offer list. You will be required to produce your original NRIC and original OKU card issued by JKM.
The rebate will be forfeited.
One customer is entitled to one rebate at any given time. Once you get the OKU lifetime rebate, the other rebate will automatically be forfeited.
