• If there are any duplications of the selection numbers, U Mobile will shortlist participants based on the earliest transaction time.
• U Mobile will contact shortlisted participants via phone to answer ONE (1) answer correctly within a specified period in order to win the prizes. If the question is not answered correctly after 3 attempts OR the shortlisted participant failed to answer the question within the specified period OR the participant is unable to provide all details as required OR U Mobile is unable to contact the shortlisted participant after 3 attempts, the participant will be disqualified and the next shortlisted participant in sequence will be contacted.

Yes, you can. For Postpaid, ONE (1) NRIC can sign up and/or switch to U Mobile to a maximum of 7 Postpaid SIM cards. For Prepaid, ONE (1) NRIC can sign up and/or switch to U Mobile to a maximum of 5 Prepaid SIM cards.

The prizes will be delivered or credited within 30 working days after receiving full verification details from the winners.
• For OPPO Reno6 5G, Samsung Galaxy A32, and U Mobile merchandise with shopping vouchers, prizes will be delivered based on the winners’ registered address.
• For U Mobile Credit, prizes will be credited to the winners’ mobile number (based on the winning mobile number).
• For Shopee/Tealive e-vouchers, prizes will be issued to winners’ MyUMobile App account (based on the winning mobile number) > Rewards > Special Offers. Winners will receive an SMS notification (from short code 28139) upon successful e-vouchers issuance and are required to take up the e-vouchers within 10 days upon receipt of notification from U Mobile. The terms and conditions applicable for the e-vouchers (including validity period) are specified in MyUMobile App upon claiming the prize.
