Jaringan Prihatin Programme Eligibility

Yes, as long as you are eligible for BPR, you are considered eligible for Jaringan Prihatin. If you are single with no children, you are entitled to the subsidy allocation where you are able to receive RM15 over 12 months for a monthly data plan, or RM180 for a device package subsidy

In order to know if your registration to be part of BPR is successful, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Using your internet browser, go to https://bpr.hasil.gov.my
Step 2: Click “log masuk” on the top right of the webpage
Step 3: Enter your IC number and click “semak”

All recipients of BPR are eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme. If you have been deemed to be not eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin programme, please seek further information on BPR eligibility, via the BPR website (https://bpr.hasil.gov.my) or contact the BPR hotline (1800-88-2747). The upcoming window for BPR appeal will run from 15th June – 30th June 2021.

The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy recipients will be paid through approved data plans or device packages of any Service Provider (eg: U Mobile) they have selected.

The exact redemption mechanism, for both prepaid and postpaid, will vary across participating Service Providers. Subsidy recipients should refer to their Service Providers’ websites for more information. (eg: https://www.u.com.my/extras/promotions/jaringan-prihatin/bm)

No. Each eligible customer is allowed only one claim per NRIC under the Jaringan Prihatin programme.

No. The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy is tied to the individual subscriber’s NRIC and therefore cannot be transferred to a third party.
